BNPCare™™
BNPCare™ is a monitoring
tool to allow health care professionals to remotely manage heart failure
patients. The system is used in conjunction with a home testing meter that
is used to report patient data directly back to the heath care
provider.
The system features role
based permissions that allow different personnel at a clinic different rights
for administering patient information. Administrators can add new clinics and
staff. All information editing is logged with audit trails and requires double
password access to make major modifications. Patient progress reports with graphs
are available to assist clinic staff with determining a patients health state.
